Alimentary Health Enters into Research and Development Agreement with ConvaTec
Cork, Ireland, 21 January, 2008: Alimentary Health Ltd. (Alimentary Health), the development stage specialty biotechnology company, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive research and development agreement with ConvaTec, a world-leading manufacturer of ostomy and wound care products. Under the terms of the agreement, Alimentary Health and ConvaTec will both contribute their intellectual property and patented technologies to a research project expected to take place over the next 12 months.
