Alimentary Health Announces Agreement with Mead Johnson Nutritionals
Agreement to Focus on Development of New Pediatric Nutritional Products
Cork, Ireland, April 28 2005: Alimentary Health announced today that it has entered into an exclusive research development and cross-licensing agreement with Mead Johnson Nutritionals covering nutritional applications of novel ingredient technologies for infants and children. Under the terms of the agreement, Alimentary Health and mead Johnson will each contribute their intellectual property and patented technologies to research projects and jointly fund development programs.
