Seroba Kernel Life Sciences Limited (Seroba Kernel) is a European life science venture capital firm with total funds under management of €100m. The firm had a €75 million first close of its second fund in 2009 which will invest in life science companies in Ireland, the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe.

Seroba Kernel invests across the spectrum of the life science industry including biotechnology, specialty pharmaceuticals, medical technology, diagnostics, instrumentation and other selected opportunities within the sector that have the potential to fundamentally change medical care. The fund focuses on innovative opportunities that closely match market needs, investing on average €5 to €7 million over the life of each investment.
